Last updated · April 2026

1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, training programmes, certifications, websites, and digital platforms (collectively, the "Services") provided by CertTulen Academy — operating in India through CertTulen Academy India, a registered proprietorship in Tamil Nadu (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TN-22-0117782), and in Malaysia under SSM Registration No. 202503317226 ("CertTulen", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Services, enrolling in any programme, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2

Services Offered

CertTulen is a Microsoft Training Services Partner (TSP) delivering instructor-led and self-paced training in Microsoft technologies including (but not limited to) Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and related certification preparation programmes such as DP-600, DP-700, and PL-300. For employers in Malaysia, CertTulen Academy is additionally an HRD Corp Accredited Training Provider, and programmes are deliverable under HRD Corp claimable (SBL-Khas) funding schemes where applicable.

3

Enrolment & Payment

Course fees on certtulen.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated; prices in other currencies may be shown based on your location. Payment must be received in full prior to course commencement unless an alternative arrangement (including corporate invoicing) has been confirmed in writing. Online payments are accepted through Razorpay and other licensed payment gateways operating under Reserve Bank of India oversight, supporting UPI, cards, and netbanking.

4

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation requests received in writing more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled course start date are eligible for a full refund less any non-recoverable third-party fees (such as payment processing charges). Requests received within seven (7) days of commencement are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future cohort within twelve (12) months. No refund is available once a course has commenced or once digital materials, certification vouchers, or lab access credentials have been issued.

5

Intellectual Property

All courseware, slide decks, lab guides, recordings, assessments, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of CertTulen or its licensors (including Microsoft Corporation where applicable). You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for your own learning. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public posting, or use for competing training delivery is strictly prohibited.

6

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with trainers, fellow learners, and CertTulen staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund for conduct that is disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to the learning environment.

7

Certification & Outcomes

CertTulen prepares candidates for industry certifications but does not guarantee certification outcomes, examination results, or employment placement. Microsoft certification examinations are administered independently by Pearson VUE and are governed by their own terms.

8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CertTulen's total liability to you arising from or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9

Force Majeure

CertTulen shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, infrastructure failures, or third-party platform outages.

10

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For services purchased through certtulen.in and contracted with CertTulen Academy India, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Services contracted with the Malaysian entity remain governed by the laws of Malaysia with the courts of Kuala Lumpur having jurisdiction.
